==============================================<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The prioritization score is the aggregate of the weighted average of various prioritization drivers (i.e., columns D1, D2, D3, D4) on a scale of 1-100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Driver values D1, D2, and D3 are measured on a scale of 0-100.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the other hand, Driver value D4 is calculated between 1-100<\/p>\n\n\n\n Suppose a rating of 4 out of 5 dots are given to the feature, then (4 * (1\/5) * 100) = 80<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prioritization Score<\/strong> = Normalized Value of [(Driver D1 * Weightage of D1) + (Driver D2 * Weightage of D2) +(Driver D3 * Weightage of D3) – (Driver D4 * Weightage of D4)]<\/p>\n\n\n\n Driver D4 is the \u2018Effort Required\u2019 to get a feature to its completion. Hence that value will be subtracted from the other values.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n (Normalized value means the value adjusted to fit the scale of 1-100)<\/p>\n\n\n\n For example <\/p>\n\n\n\n Score = Normalized Value of ( 20 * 25.00% + 20 * 25.00% + 20 * 25.00% – 50 * 25.00% ) = 28<\/p>\n\n\n\n A pop-up will appear when you click on any score under a Component.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n It will include a description of how the prioritization score is calculated, along with a breakdown of how that particular score was calculated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each Prioritization Score is calculated by taking a weighted sum of the different Driver Values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each Driver Value is assigned a Driver Weight. To calculate the Prioritization Score, each Driver Value is multiplied by its weight, and these weighted values are then added together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Driver Weights are specified as numbers between 0 and 100 and must be chosen so that the sum of all Driver Weights is 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The weight for each driver is between 0-100% such that the total is 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chisel lets you customize your Prioritization Formula.
